Whole chickens, lamb, duck and eggs all produced on our farm using regenerative permaculture methods. Our main goal is to manage the pasture which feeds our livestock organically while building soil tilth, sequesters carbon and increases water holding capacity which is especially important in today's ever changing climate.
Products produced on organic pasture have a far better flavor and are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and other nutritional benefits. The fat on our chickens for example is a deep yellow to golden color and the flavor is beyond description.
We hope that by our example and the advocacy of our customers that more and more farmers adopt regenerative methodologies which will make for better products while healthing the planet.
